Failing to Prepare, Preparing to Fail: Beating the Sunday Night Anxiety

Sunday Night 8 pm and the monday-day dread sets in.. There's nothing that can be said or done to stop Monday rolling back around but planning ahead can elevate the worries.
1) Batch Cook; I've talked about this before but honestly having your work lunches ready saves so much time and takes unnecessary stress out of school nights. I'll be doing a post about this later with some of my fav batch cook recipes.
2) Outfit planning; Weather and occasions can throw this planning into disarray but having some ideas in place will make your morning smoother.
3) Think out the week ahead; visualising what is going to come your way will help break down your anxiety's for the week.
4) Go for a walk; this helps to expel some energy and clear you head and help you sleep that night.
5) Make some plans for the week; plan to see a movie or get a meal with a friend. This gives you something to look forward to and get past those monday blues.
6) Escape; into a book, film or hobby distraction is a good cure for worry and can help ease the sunday stresses.
7) Hot bath; hot drink and early night nuff said.
8) Do an at-home-spa; face mask, manicure and blow dry. Make yourself feel good so you feel better.
9) Enjoy some pro-activeness laziness; Netflix binge or disney film binge, those things can't be seen as wasting time can they?
10) Annnd Breath; take a few minutes, meditate and breathe refrain from over thinking you got this.
