So it's no great secret there’s some pretty cool films/series out there right now and I am absolutely loving the totally badass females that are featured.
1) 11 - Stranger Things
I've read Stranger Things was rejected near enough 15 times before Netflix accepted, I know ri-donk-ulous. A great original and great to see an original idea given creative space and freedom.
And of course the uber cool, super-powered, kick ass 11 or L. I love how they didn't shy away from taking the limelight away from her raw power.
2) Harley Quinn- Suicide Squad
A bit of a cripe many seem to have with this film is the lack of air time for the joker but no dis-respect who gives a F***k when you have this bad-ass bitch in front of your eyes.
Margot Robbie did a fantastic job in this role and I think has definitely wowed across the board.
3) Princess Carolyn- Bojack Horseman
In comparison Princess Carolyn may seem a little juvenile but series 3 of Bojack Horseman sees a big character development and you really root for her to succeed. She's had enough of Bojacks shit and makes a big effort in doing what she needs not what everyone else does.
So that’s my kick-ass females of the moment.
