Leeds Eats: Estabulo Rodizio

Last week myself and Sam were wondering around Leeds checking out the new Victoria Gate before it officially opened and stubbled upon Estabulo near the BBC building. It has been recently refurbished, the decor has been stripped back and kept classic and warm.Estabulo honour the Brazilian Gaúchos’ traditional method of cooking.  This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames. This method of cooking allows the meats to be cooked to perfection; whilst maintaining all the unique characteristics of each cut of meat. You pay a set price and help yourself to a salad/pasta bar and receive a card which is green on one side and red on the other. The lovely waiting staff then bring you the different types of meats you keep the card green for more and red for a break. There was also a 2 4 1 cocktail offer and they didn't disappoint either. The service was impeccable the staff were very attentive and the meat was delicious. If you like your steak this is definitely a place to try and one I will be returning to.

Luckily the weather wasn't too blustery so I managed to sport a white high neck knit, tartan skirt and mustard jacket.
